Family and school life is undoubtedly busy, so at Hobsonville School we introduced KINDO Shop, a secure online payment system. It’s designed to make life easier for our families by having a one-stop shop access for all your child’s school requirements. KINDO Shop links are also available on our website homepage and school app.

With KINDO Shop you can easily complete permission slips and view, register and pay for all of your child’s needs. No cash, no paper, no hassle! It’s our preferred method of payment, and we encourage you to set up your account today. With KINDO Shop you can …

  • PAY FOR: School Donations, EOTC Camps & Activities, OPTIONAL Events & Activities, School Lunches and Fundraising,

  • Automatically sign and upload Permission Forms.

FIRST-TIME KINDO USER

 

If you’re a first-time KINDO user, you’ll need to register and set up your account using your email address held with the school. This insures that both our school systems (eTap and KINDO) are integrated, allowing you to view and pay for all expenses in one place.

REGISTERED KINDO USER

 

  1. CLICK HERE: KINDO Shop >
  2. LOGIN: with your registered email and password,
  3. SELECT: LOG IN,
  4. CHOOSE A CATEGORY FROM: the SERVICE MENU,
  5. ADD ITEMS: as required to your SHOPPING CART,
  6. GO TO: CHECK OUT,
  7. MAKE PAYMENT: Using one of the options outlined below.

Paying with KINDO

There are several ways you can make a payment to your KINDO Shop account. You can choose to pay-as-you go with POLi or Credit/Debit Card or make regular top-up payments with an Internet bank transfer.

 

  • POLi INTERNET BANKING
    No charge.
  • CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
    Will incur a 2.5% surcharge and a $0.50 service fee.
  • INTERNET BANK TRANSFER
    FREE. Allow two days for processing of funds (normally next day). Orders can be automatically placed when the funds have cleared. KINDO is a Registered Bill Payee with all major banks (search ‘KINDO’ to avoid entering their bank account number when using internet banking).

LunchBox Menu

 

Good nutrition is a vital ingredient for optimum learning. Hobsonville School’s ‘LunchBox Menu,’ offers an appetising range of healthy lunch options for purchase, helping students to stay alert and focussed in the classroom.

Students can order their lunch through KINDO, twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. Except for the last week of the term where it’s Monday’s only. Lunch order cut off time is 9.00am on the morning you place the order. However, orders can be made up to two weeks in advance.

  3. CHOOSE: a lunch option from the selections available,
  4. MAKE PAYMENT.

Out-of-school Sports Registration

 

Hobsonville School participates in a number of Auckland based out-of-school sports leagues, available for all our students (Yrs 0–8), across the school year. To sign up and secure your child’s place in a team, simply follow the instructions below.

  2. SELECT: ‘OPTIONAL Sports Activities’ and your child’s sport choice,
  3. REGISTER: and make payment,
  4. READ AND SIGN: the SPORTS CODE OF CONDUCT (parents, players and coaches),
  5. SUPPLY: important medical information to the school for your child.
